Summary of the Bulletin of the International Seismological Centre http://publications.isc.ac.uk/index.php/summary
The main purpose of the International Seismological Centre (ISC) is to compile the ISC Bulletin, regarded as the definitive record of the Earth's seismicity. When the production of the paper-based ISC Bulletin became redundant because hypocentres and phases were made available digitally, the Summary of the Bulletin of the ISC was created as a replacement. It gives an overview and analysis of half a year of ISC data and also contains information on the ISC itself, its supporters and data providers, the history, staff and working statutes, as well as important seismological standards and procedures used by the ISC in its operations. It is published soon once the ISC analysts complete the analysis of the Reviewed ISC Bulletin for the first or second half of a data year.
International Seismological Centre en-US Summary of the Bulletin of the International Seismological Centre 2309-236X A Brief History of Broadband Seismometry – Part I http://publications.isc.ac.uk/index.php/summary/article/view/40
Horst Rademacher is giving a brief overwiev of the history of broadband seismometry.
Horst Rademacher (1,2) ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2023-12-31 2023-12-31 57 II 28 46 10.31905/5KBO4882
